In this series of blog entries I would like to begin to interact with Neil Cole’s book, Organic Church: Growing Faith Where Life Happens. I am going to break with convention and use Neil Cole

  1. Am I missing the “slice and dice” part of this review or is that yet to come in another post? The title of this post was “Pesticide for the Organic Church #1” is there a number two? I am new to this site and not very high tech. Maybe I am just not understanding how to follow the rest of the blog on this book, but I am interested in following this review.
    Thanks,
    Debbie T.

  2. Hi Debbie!

Geoff has not gotten to the slice and dice part of his review. I am hoping he will get to it. I know he has some rather serious criticisms of the book. So I will push him to get to it!!!

  3. Hope it comes soon. A lot of books dealing with Organic church have been coming out and have been a bit annoying to me. I will say, Organic theology (3D theology) is something I am interested in. My school’s new evangelism teacher had them all read the gospel according to starbucks. THEY ALL HATED IT! Very sad, my school has just been letting in too many trendy pastors in to teach.
